The expansion project of Jianlibao (Zhenjiang) Beverage Co., Ltd. is officially launched and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020

In recent years, with the rapid economic growth, the continuous improvement of income levels and consumption power in urban and rural areas, the demand for beverage consumption has continued to grow. ① In 2017, the cumulative output of China's soft drink industry was 180 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 4.6%. In the next few years, the overall scale of the soft drink industry will continue to expand. At the same time, the production structure of the soft drink industry will continue to adjust with changes in the demand structure. The proportion of functional sports drinks, tea drinks, and protein drinks will increase, and healthy drinks will form a new main body of the industrial structure.

In order to adapt to the continuous increase in consumer demand in the beverage market, expand existing production capacity and storage capacity, expand OEM business, and maintain steady growth in local performance, on July 12, Jianlibao (Zhenjiang) Beverage Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jianlibao Zhenjiang Factory") officially In conjunction with Zhenjiang Dantu High-tech Park, after environmental assessment, the factory will be expanded in the Dantu New City Food Industrial Park (now Jianlibao Zhenjiang Factory North). The expansion covers a total area of 50 acres (approximately 33,300 square meters). It mainly builds production plants and related auxiliary rooms to meet the needs of beverage production and storage. At present, the contract has been formally entered into the planning and construction stage, and all construction will be completed by the end of 2020.

       This expansion project will introduce an advanced aseptic infusion production line and a fully automatic sugar-dissolving pre-processing system to build an energy-saving and environmentally-friendly auxiliary power supply center to reduce equipment energy consumption while effectively preventing safety risks and ensuring food safety. The new production line will all be designed in accordance with the automated assembly line, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of employees.

After the completion of the project, Jianlibao Zhenjiang Plant will increase its production capacity by 30% by then to provide more convenient hardware conditions for the expansion of the East China market and other foundry products. At the same time, as a key industrial project introduced by the Dantu High-tech Industrial Park, it will increase local taxation by 30% every year after its completion, injecting new vitality into the high-quality economic development of the park.
