How can we make elementary school physical education classes interesting?

[Outline description] We always ask students the question: How can we make physical education more effective and at the same time make you more interesting? We also always get this answer: If we can participate in the design of physical education classes and choose different topics by ourselves, then physical education classes will be more interesting. However, if the teacher delegates the responsibility to the students and breaks away from the original role in charge of physical education design, what will happen in the end? We are very aware that many teachers are afraid that students will lose control and become noisy. Therefore, giving control to students and letting them participate in constructive classroom design does not always get people.

We are very aware that many teachers are afraid of students losing control and becoming noisy. Therefore, giving control to students and letting them participate in constructive classroom design does not always get people's support.
 
However, we still have the confidence to try. Our experience shows that even classes that are very difficult to manage will stay together, and the children can control the situation well and deal with the "noisy" situation correctly.
