We are very aware that many teachers are afraid that students will lose control and become noisy. Therefore, giving control to students and letting them participate in constructive classroom design does not always get people.

However, we still have the confidence to try. Our experience shows that even classes that are very difficult to manage will stay together, and the children can control the situation well and deal with the "noisy" situation correctly.
